RETURNS

We happily offer returns or exchanges of unopened and unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact info@globalcreativeinc.com to start your return or exchange process.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your online or phone order, we'll provide you with an email confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Tommy Art’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Tommy Art reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If diypaint.com cancels an order after you have already been billed, diypaint.com will refund the billed amount.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Diypaint.com will do its very best to ship your order within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date. Please allow at least 3 - 5 days for arrival once shipped. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

diypaint.com’s online store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the diypaint.com online store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

There may be occasions when diypaint.com confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event that we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.
