Tommy Art 3D Dust Crackle is a powder mixed with any Tommy Art Color to create stunning relief effects. We recommend mixing 3D Crackle Dust powder and paint color at a ratio of 1:1. Increasing the amount of powder when mixing will give you a more pronounced crackling relief effect. Optional: finish with our colored coatings for a weathered look.
