Tommy Art Black Chalkboard paint is a premium water-based chalkboard varnish. Apply two coats 12 hours apart with a paint roller or brush. Let dry 72 hours before writing on the surface with chalk. Works best on porous surfaces. For non-porous surfaces, we recommend using our Acrylic Primer beforehand.
